In order to be eligible for the staff-assisted services above, the following documents are required:

• Current CA Identification / Driver’s License
• Proof of Citizenship / Legal Right to Work
• Social Security Card
• Unemployment Stubs / Printout (if applicable)
• Layoff Letter from Employer (if applicable)
• Selective Service Verification (for males born on or/after January 1, 1960)
