The Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment, working through its PACE Business Development Center, is developing a list of potential subcontractors qualified to bid on services related to the Los Angeles Business Assistance Program (LABAP). The anticipated services include the following:

Specific information on the nature of these engagements, including the areas of technical assistance and instruction services required will be available from PACE. Companies rewarded a subcontract will receive assistance by PACE staff with regard to securing bonding, lines of credit and insurance, if any is required. With regard to subcontracts, PACE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals with or without cause, and accept proposals that it considers favorable to the organization.
